Q1. What is EmailRecovery OE?
A1. EmailRecovery OE is email recovery tool. It can recover accidentally deleted emails from Outlook Express .dbx files.

Q2. Do I have to pay for the upgrades?
A3. No! All upgrades are free to registered EmailRecovery OE users.  

Q3. Why I must backup deleted email before got a full version of EmailRecovery OE?
A3. Because of the own features of Outlook Express, the deleted email messages are very destructible. If you use Outlook Express, any operation my destroy your deleted data. So, please backup your lost emails, thus you can use Outlook Express and don't worry the wreck of the data.

Q4. What's the difference between the demo version and the full version?
A4. The demo version of EmailRecovery OE can see which emails can be recovered in a .dbx file, it can also backup these deleted emails into a .ebk file. The full version includes all functions which the demo version has, and can also recover emails from .dbx and .ebk files.
